Henderson Drake is supporting a fast-growing, OneStream partner that specializes in delivering large, complex planning programmes for public sector organisations. They are looking to bring in a Lead-level Planning Consultant to shape and deliver enterprise OneStream solutions across the U.S. This role involves leading full lifecycle OneStream Planning implementations and acting as a trusted advisor to senior finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle OneStream Planning implementations, from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support
Design integrated planning models covering P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Configure OneStream applications including metadata, workflows, business rules, cube views, and dashboards
Partner with client finance teams to improve FP&A processes and planning governance
Support integrations with ERP and upstream data sources
Run workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer with client teams
Act as a technical and functional reference point for junior consultants, supporting delivery quality and best practices

Qualification

Required

3+ years of hands-on OneStream implementation experience with a strong planning focus
Solid understanding of FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling
Confidence designing and building complex financial models within OneStream
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders

Preferred

Experience with public sector or highly regulated environments is an advantage
OneStream certifications are beneficial but not essential
