Responsibilities

Provide detail-oriented administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage and respond to inbound calls with exceptional customer service
Maintain organized office systems and procedures to enhance efficiency
Perform accurate data entry to manage records and documentation
Handle receptionist duties, including welcoming clients and directing inquiries
Coordinate schedules and appointments to support team members
Assist in preparing and formatting reports and presentations
Ensure proper handling and confidentiality of sensitive information
Support office management tasks, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes

Required

Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
