Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and deliver excellent support
Experience in Sales and knowledge of Insurance to identify and fulfill client coverage needs
Capability and willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Strong interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a customer-first mindset
Basic proficiency in computer and office tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
Valid state insurance license or commitment to obtaining it within a designated timeframe
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
A degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is an advantage
