The role involves architecting scalable AI platforms, driving MLOps excellence, and integrating AI capabilities across the enterprise, while collaborating with engineering, data, and product teams.

Responsibilities
Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions, including data pipelines, model development workflows, deployment patterns, and monitoring
Develop high-level and low-level architecture designs ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Lead architecture reviews, design sessions, and technical decision-making
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for Python-based AI projects using GitHub Actions
Deploy and operate AI workloads on Azure, leveraging Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices best practices
Implement MLOps frameworks covering versioning, model lifecycle management, and automated retraining
Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, and data platforms
Optimize end-to-end system performance, ensuring security, governance, and high availability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of AI patterns, best practices, and architectural standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
8+ years in solution architecture or enterprise engineering roles
3+ years focused on AI/ML platforms, MLOps, or AI product architectures
Strong hands-on proficiency in Python for AI/ML development
Solid experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
Expertise in Kubernetes, containerization, and microservices
Deep knowledge of Azure Cloud (AI/ML services, compute, networking, security)
Advanced understanding of distributed system design, scalability, and performance tuning
Experience with Docker, API design, service orchestration, and observability frameworks
Familiarity with Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate), RAG pipelines, embeddings, and modern LLM deployment patterns
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
Proven experience influencing technical teams and driving architectural alignment
Preferred
Experience with Azure AI services, OpenAI integrations, or Responsible AI frameworks
Background in securing AI/ML systems, including model governance, data protection, and compliance
Expertise in optimizing large-scale AI/LLM workloads, GPU utilization, caching, and distributed compute
