Responsibilities
Own month-end activities for assigned GL accounts: post journal entries, reconcile balances, and ensure timely close deliverables
Prepare and analyze revenue, payroll, and operating-cost reconciliations between property systems and corporate records
Manage intercompany billing and reconciliations; coordinate settlements and resolve variances with property controllers
Produce variance analysis and management reporting (monthly P&L roll-ups, trend analysis, and KPI support) for leadership review
Support accounts payable/receivable flows, fixed-asset schedules, and routine ledger maintenance
Provide audit and SOX support: prepare schedules, respond to audit requests, and maintain control documentation

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
2+ years of progressive accounting experience; hospitality or multi-entity corporate accounting is a plus
Experience supporting audits and maintaining internal control documentation; CPA candidate or similar certification is desirable
Authorized to work in the United States; ability to work flexible hours to support month-end close across time zones
