In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes, financial reporting, and working closely with project management on revenue recognition.

Responsibilities
You'll lead our month-end and year-end closing process—this means making sure all financial transactions are recorded correctly and on time
You'll prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, and track important assets like equipment, inventory, and software investments
You'll also work closely with our project management team on revenue recognition, prepare budget-to-actual analyses, and create monthly financial reports with your insights on the results
Additionally, you'll help lead our annual budgeting process and handle customer invoicing
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA license is a plus)
5+ years of hands-on experience in general accounting and financial reporting
Solid understanding of GAAP
Strong skills in accounting software systems and Excel
Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teammates at all levels
Proactive attitude—you spot potential issues before they become problems
