Responsibilities
Build and maintain pro forma models for potential acquisitions and development projects
Assist senior team members with oversight of design, entitlement, and construction activities
Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress reports for active projects
Research market trends, comparable projects, and demographic data to inform investment decisions
Maintain strong relationships with brokers, municipal agencies, and community stakeholders
Support leasing and marketing teams with materials and analytics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
2–4 years of experience in real estate development, investment, acquisitions, or other related activities in the real estate field
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Familiarity with NYC zoning, entitlement processes, and permitting
