Data and Communications Manager
The Institute for Survivor Care is dedicated to equipping Christian ministries with resources for restorative care for the sexually exploited. The Data and Communications Manager will integrate data management and communications support to enhance the Institute's mission, ensuring data integrity and fostering relationships with shelter programs.

Responsibilities
Oversee CRM data management, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Keep the National Survivor Care Landscape data up-to-date and accurate as a reliable tool for stakeholders
Maintain clean, organized data in the CRM platform
Develop and implement a system for using the National Survivor Care Landscape Map as a referral tool for shelters
Create forms to manage data collection, event registration and feedback
Log participation in training, webinars, etc. to track customer engagement
Assist in maintaining and growing lists of stakeholders
Product internal data reports to support decision-making, research initiatives, grant writing, and communications
Support bi-annual or periodic surveys to validate and refresh shelter and program data
Work closely with the Communications Director to support webinars, events, and promotional efforts
Coordinate webinar logistics, including Zoom setup, registration tracking, CRM list management, and follow-up communications
Build, maintain, and segment communications contact lists within the CRM
Assist with the coordination and distribution of appeal letters and other outbound communications
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent
Experience in database management
Experience in CRM platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
