Responsibilities
Greet members by name with a smile, creating a positive first impression
Keep the spa’s front desk, and tanning areas (if applicable) spotless and organized
Answer incoming calls and direct them with professionalism and care
Coordinate with spa staff to manage bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling
Process payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer at the end of each shift
Make reminder and confirmation calls to ensure clients are well-informed about their appointments
Educate clients on Recovery Lounge services, including the medical benefits and precautions, and guide them in selecting the best products and services for their needs
Address members’ questions and concerns and provide additional support to other departments as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to greet members by name with a smile, creating a positive first impression
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and tanning areas (if applicable)
Professional communication skills to answer incoming calls and direct them with care
Ability to coordinate with spa staff to manage bookings and ensure seamless scheduling
Accurate processing of payments and maintaining a balanced cash drawer
Making reminder and confirmation calls to ensure clients are well-informed about their appointments
Educating clients on Recovery Lounge services and guiding them in selecting the best products and services
Addressing members' questions and concerns and providing additional support to other departments as needed
