Responsibilities
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation across multiple data sources
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
Perform data quality checks, reconciliation, and root cause analysis for data issues
Support ad-hoc analysis requests and present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborate with data engineers and product teams to improve data models and reporting efficiency
Document data definitions, metrics, and reporting logic to ensure consistency and governance
Qualification
Required
5–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
Strong proficiency in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (CSV, JSON)
Ability to communicate insights effectively with stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
Domain experience in Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, or Transportation
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
