The role involves scheduling training classes, managing records, and developing online media and publications, while liaising with management and governmental agencies.

Required
High School Diploma OR GED
Proven ability to multitask in a busy office environment with numerous interruptions
Excellent computer skills, specifically with Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and oral, with internal & external customers
Ability to work with a diverse workforce
Excellent customer Service skill
Ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated with demonstrated competency in problem solving
Demonstrated ability to use independent judgement, suggest solutions and handle unusual situations in a professional manner
Type 35 wpm
Preferred
Proficiency in the Wings computer system
Experience working with Adobe Presentation applications, HTML/XML web authoring and FrameMaker for desktop publishing
College degree in technical field
