Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract (High Volume Frontline)

Iron Mountain is seeking an ambitious, results-oriented remote-based High Volume Frontline Contract Recruiter to support their Clutter business. This role involves taking ownership of the recruitment lifecycle and building candidate pipelines to meet hiring needs for frontline associates across North America.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, while contributing to a collaborative TA environment where we leverage team insights to solve complex hiring challenges
Cultivate, manage and optimize high-volume candidate pipelines to consistently meet internal customer capacity needs in a fast-paced, Key Performance Indicator (KPI)-driven environment
Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external candidates across multiple geographic regions to build consultative partnerships and deliver timely hiring results

Required

4+ years of full life-cycle recruitment experience for high-volume, frontline, non-exempt roles
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices in diverse environments, such as high-volume retail, logistics, operations, agency, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Proven ability in analytical talent assessment and stakeholder management across diverse job profiles and geographic regions, managing a high volume workload, and delivering results
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Preferred

Candidates in Central, Mountain, and Pacific time zones are preferred
