Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, contracting, and purchase execution
Conduct strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve supplier performance
Negotiate pricing, service levels, payment terms, and contract conditions
Maintain and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance
Execute purchase orders and manage approvals using ERP and procurement systems
Collaborate with finance on budgeting, forecasting, and spend analysis
Support approved digital and alternative payment workflows in coordination with finance and compliance teams
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with healthcare regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
Monitor supplier performance, resolve disputes, and manage escalations
Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership review
Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Support internal audits, vendor reviews, and compliance assessments
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management
Proven experience negotiating vendor contracts and managing supplier relationships
Strong experience with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Coupa, Ariba)
Demonstrated experience with spend analysis, cost optimization, and budgeting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, health technology, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with blockchain-enabled or digital payment processes in a business context
Knowledge of financial compliance concepts such as AML, KYC, and internal controls
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced organization
