Responsibilities
Provides management consultant services and assistance to OMMU and other stakeholders, to improve management capabilities and operational procedures by conducting research, performing statistical, trend and data analysis
Uses skilled decision-making techniques in evaluating, planning, and integrating analysis of data to formulate solutions, strategies, and recommendations
Designs forms, tables, and reports
Create queries, updates data and reports
Prepares information for professional presentation
Researches, prepares and disseminates reports of a topical or statistical nature
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years database experience to include SQL and advanced Excel
Proficient computer skills to include Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Knowledge and experience in SQL Server Management Studios
Knowledge and experience in Visual Basics (VBA) for Excel
Knowledge and experience in Power Query
Ability to troubleshoot and debug
Ability to learn and communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in English
Preferred
Preference if ArcGIS and/or Qlik experience
Strong Excel and SQL skills
