They are seeking an HR & Talent Operations Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition activities, and employee engagement initiatives during a 3-month assignment.

Responsibilities

Manage the HR team inbox and respond to routine employee inquiries
Support employee engagement initiatives, including weekly communications, events, and service awards
Prepare offboarding documentation and assist with onboarding activities
Maintain compliance-related records and support audit preparation (licenses, continuing education, and other HR requirements)
Collect, track, and manage staff data for compliance and reporting projects
Review and disposition candidate applications
Conduct pre-offer checks, including degree and license verifications, references, and candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and HR team members
Assist with organizing recruitment and compliance documentation
Support special projects and organization-wide initiatives, including all-staff planning, speaker coordination, and continuing education sessions
Assist HR and recruiting leaders with prioritization and follow-up on time-sensitive tasks
Provide ad hoc HR and administrative support as needed

Required

Proven experience as an HR Generalist with compliance, employee engagement, and talent acquisition support experience
Strong Excel skills, including managing large datasets, VLOOKUPs, and merging data from multiple systems
Highly detail-oriented with experience working in audit-ready or regulated environments
Excellent judgment and discretion in handling confidential information
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment; onsite Thursdays required, with additional days as needed for events or audits
A proactive, hands-on mindset and a collaborative, 'jump-in-and-help' approach

Preferred
