Responsibilities
Maintain the master budget tracker by period
Support period-end and quarter-end lockdown and reporting activities
Execute the per-period technology billing process under Thomas’ oversight
Transition the Tech Fees list from OneSource to MTB for improved access and visibility for FZs and TB team
Partner with D&T Budget Owners to support annual R&D tax credit documentation (Q1–Q2)
Create and maintain a centralized Confluence list of TB-owned platforms, client platforms, and third-party platforms, including definitions and POCs/TB Owners for each
Develop a consolidated list of collaboration, product development, PS & monitoring tools, including purpose and budget location
Support in establishing a standardized process and repository for tracking AA funding requests, status updates, and final funding decisions
Qualification
Required
Experienced financial analyst familiar with core expense management functions
