Responsibilities
Develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services using Go (Golang)
Build RESTful APIs, microservices, and event‑driven architectures
Work with concurrency, goroutines, and channels to optimize system performance
Integrate with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or key‑value stores
Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code
Implement unit tests and ensure high code quality
Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy services on Docker / Kubernetes / CI‑CD pipelines
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
Follow best practices for security, performance, and reliability
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go)
Solid understanding of concurrency patterns, goroutines & channels
Experience with REST APIs, microservices, or gRPC
Familiarity with cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud‑native tools
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, and message queues like Kafka / RabbitMQ
5 years of hands‑on experience with Golang
Preferred
Experience with GraphQL, gRPC, or WebSockets
Knowledge of Clean Architecture, DDD, or Hexagonal Architecture
Familiarity with monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK
Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
