Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of finance including financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities, and operational improvements
Provide financial oversight and guidance for the company’s site network operations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and compliance
Work closely with private equity stakeholders, preparing regular reporting and supporting growth initiatives
Optimize financial processes, controls, and systems to support rapid growth
Oversee treasury, capital management, and risk mitigation
Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team to build a high-performing function
Qualification
Required
Proven CFO or senior finance leader experience in clinical research organizations (CROs) and/or multi-site networks
Experience working with private equity-backed companies, including reporting to investors
Strong understanding of site operations, revenue models, and operational metrics
Demonstrated ability to scale finance functions in high-growth environments
Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
US-based; remote work is acceptable with some travel as required
