Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and answer questions or provide information on accounts
Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer’s concern; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting the correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution
Resolve insurance issues and credit reporting problems with customers
Process extensions and due day change requests
Other duties as assigned by the Customer Relations Team Lead
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
