Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, cross-divisional programs
Develop and manage long-term program goals, budgets, and operating plans
Translate organizational strategy into actionable program plans
Design and implement automation and AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
Conduct process analysis and drive continuous improvement using quality-driven approaches
Facilitate collaboration across IT, operations, strategy, and executive leadership
Build consensus and alignment among diverse stakeholders
Present complex technical concepts in clear, business-focused language
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards
Apply PMO standards, stage-gate reviews, and executive reporting practices
Track program metrics including cycle time reduction, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction
Prepare and deliver status reports to the COO and senior leadership
Maintain accountability for outcomes, risks, and deliverables
Mentor interns and early-career professionals
Promote standardized project management practices across teams
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8 years of IT program management experience
Minimum 8 years managing complex, multi-year projects with budgets of $10M or more
Strong experience with AI and automation tools
Strong experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
Strong experience with PMO standards and executive reporting
Strong experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and resolve conflicts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
5 years experience supporting C-suite or executive sponsors
Strong negotiation and influence skills across IT and business teams
Experience operating in ambiguous or fast-changing environments
Data-driven reporting and KPI development experience
Dashboard development experience using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
