Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to clients
Contribute to team meetings and share client insights
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
Previous customer service experience is a plus
