Responsibilities
Support warranty pump reviews and document findings
Write condition reports based on inspection and analysis results
Assist with department and team-based projects
Lead or support individually assigned projects focused on cost savings or process improvements
Participating in failure mode review and analysis
Support additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Academic background or strong interest in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage assigned projects
Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Comfortable working with technology in a hands-on environment
