State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team as an Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. This role focuses on establishing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and educating customers about insurance options while supporting local community events.

Responsibilities

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Work with the agent to identify and support local community events in our market

Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
