Responsibilities

Daily bank deposits (multiple organizations and banks)
Including proper identification and classifications from multiple sources and document in excel
Download and email credit card statements (with redactions)
Daily mail sorting and distribution
AP filing
Receiving of Purchase Orders in the financial system (Great Plains)
Printing of packing slips for AP matching
Contacting vendors to schedule payments by credit card
Downloading and saving monthly reports from Great Plains to the network
General Ledger Detail Reports
New Vendor Reports

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong knowledge of financial analysis and data interpretation
Familiarity with financial markets and investment strategies
Proficiency in using Bloomberg Terminal and other financial tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prepare and present clear and concise financial reports
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance
