Assigning, monitoring, and assessing work
Explain licensing policies and procedures to customers
Determine if requirements for driver's licenses renewals, duplicates, BC Service Cards and BCID cards have been met
Support an environment of continuous improvement by embedding Operational Excellence tools
Coaching employees to their fullest potential
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated strong leadership skills
Proven communication skills to explain licensing policies and procedures to customers
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of the acts, regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines related to licensing
Proven experience handling cash in a fast-paced, transactional environment
Previous supervisory experience is considered a strong asset
