Responsibilities

Manage and prioritize incident responses to ensure application stability
Oversee and review application changes, collaborating with the Change the Bank team
Engage in both planned and unplanned tasks, utilizing Agile methodologies
Utilize ServiceNow for incident management and site reliability tasks
Gather and analyze system metrics for performance tuning and fault resolution
Collaborate with development teams to enhance service reliability through testing and automation

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Agile methodologies
Experience with ServiceNow and incident management
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace
Knowledge of MongoDB
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Experience with distributed storage technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5-6 years of relevant experience
