Lead the execution of complex precast construction projects from design through closeout
Serve as the central point of coordination across engineering, drafting, production, field services, subcontractors, and customers
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget
Own assigned projects end-to-end, manage customer relationships, oversee schedules and budgets, and drive quality and constructability throughout the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Experienced Project Manager
Lead the execution of complex precast construction projects from design through closeout
Central point of coordination across engineering, drafting, production, field services, subcontractors, and customers
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and on budget
Own assigned projects end-to-end
Manage customer relationships
Oversee schedules and budgets
Drive quality and constructability throughout the project lifecycle
Strong background in construction or engineering
At least five years of relevant industry experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Proactive, results-driven leader
Comfortable resolving issues, managing change orders and billing
Maintain strict safety standards
Balance technical detail with strong communication and collaboration across teams
