Responsibilities
Prepare and review monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
Lead key components of the month-end and year-end close processes
Perform variance analysis and provide clear explanations to management
Support inventory accounting, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing-related accounts
Develop and maintain advanced Excel reports (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audit support
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency
Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
4+ years of progressive accounting experience
Advanced Excel skills, including large data set analysis
QuickBooks
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
Manufacturing or similar industry experience strongly preferred
