Responsibilities
Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance (F&O) solutions across the enterprise
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, effective technical solutions
Provide architectural leadership across core financial modules : GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Project Accounting, and Cost Accounting
Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions are technically sound, secure, and aligned with best practices
Guide data migration, integration planning, and system configuration, particularly in connection with legacy ERP systems and Azure services
Support change management, training, and user adoption activities
Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 roadmap and recommend enhancements to leverage new functionality
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O
Proven experience designing and implementing D365 Finance solutions for manufacturing or supply chain-driven organizations
Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles within a manufacturing environment
Experience with Azure integration services, Power Platform, and data migration tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-700) preferred
