TLM Implementation Specialist
CHS Payroll is seeking a Senior UKG Ready Payroll & Time & Labor (TLM) Implementation and Support Specialist responsible for the end-to-end implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of UKG Ready Payroll and TLM modules. This role involves leading implementations, configuring payroll and timekeeping rules, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle UKG Ready Payroll and TLM implementations
Configure payroll rules, earnings, deductions, taxes, accruals, and retro pay
Design and implement timekeeping rules, overtime logic, schedules, and shift differentials
Integrate UKG Ready with benefits, GL systems, time clocks, and vendors
Provide Tier II/III payroll and timekeeping support
Resolve payroll discrepancies and tax variances
Support year-end, quarter-end, audits, and reconciliations
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Apply FLSA, ACA, and wage/hour laws within system configurations
Assist with audits and documentation
Qualification
Required
Advanced UKG Ready Payroll and TLM configuration experience
Strong payroll, tax, and wage/hour compliance knowledge
5+ years payroll systems experience; 3+ years UKG Ready preferred
Preferred
UKG Ready certifications
CPP or FPC certification
Consulting or payroll services experience
