Part-Time Health Information Technology Instructor
ASU-Beebe is a Two-year Residential Community College part of the Arkansas State University System, seeking an adjunct Instructor of Health Information Technology. The successful candidate will possess advanced knowledge in medical terminology and related fields, providing quality teaching across various formats.

Responsibilities
Provide consistent, quality teaching
Courses may be taught on any of the ASU Beebe campuses, with night and Saturday classes possible, and could include face-to-face, zoom, internet assisted and online instruction
Instructors may be asked to teach up to (9) credit hours per semester
Qualification
Required
Associate's (or higher) degree in related field
At least two (2) years of related, non-teaching work experience
Ability to inspire, motivate, and empower students to succeed
Strong computer and technology skills
Advanced knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, disease processes, surgical procedures, medical office procedures, and Microsoft Office Suite software
Preferred
Previous teaching experience
RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and/or CCSP credentials
Current member of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA)
