Responsibilities
Learn the fundamentals of line heater design and product selection
Review customer requirements, specifications, and line drawings
Generate bills of materials (BOMs) and assign costs to support customer quotations
Review vendor drawings, redline discrepancies, and support correction cycles
Support special engineering projects, including solid modeling and 3D printing, as business needs dictate
Qualification
Required
Upper-division student pursuing an Engineering degree
Solid foundation in engineering principles
Proficiency in SolidWorks; experience with other 3D modeling tools is a plus
Working knowledge of Excel and Word
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn in a technical environment
