Customer Service Manager

Western States is seeking a highly motivated Manager of their Customer Service Team to lead their dedicated team at the Label Division in Sun Prairie, WI. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by overseeing daily operations, coaching and developing your team, and implementing strategies to enhance customer service processes.

Responsibilities

Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment
Oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses to inquiries, orders, and issue resolution
Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to positive outcomes
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team performance
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and training to develop your team's skills and product knowledge
Work closely with other departments, including sales, production, and shipping, to ensure seamless customer experiences
Stay up-to-date on product offerings, industry trends, and company policies to effectively support the team and customers

Required

Demonstrated leadership skills to effectively coach, develop and motivate a high-performing team

Thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies
Understanding of CSR and Sales Representative functions
Knowledge of CSR policies and procedures
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and supervisory skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
Able to operate related computer applications and basic business equipment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 to 5 years of customer service management experience
