Responsibilities
Oversee all testing and QA activities for projects and applications assigned
Create and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test requirements and identify potential risks
Develop, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases
Ensure timely identification, documentation, and resolution of defects
Monitor and report on test progress, coverage, and results
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies
Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices
Participate in release planning and risk assessment meetings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field and 4+ years of professional software testing experience, or equivalent practical experience
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG
Experience with SaaS platforms like Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, and Workday
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
ISTQB, CSTE, or other relevant certifications
