Responsibilities
Leading and supporting our Accounting Department
Overseeing Payroll Specialist, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable
Develop and implement financial strategies to support our growing business
Provide accurate and timely financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to support decisions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of the company’s financials
Deliver accurate and timely financial reports and analysis
Assist in preparing budgets
Prepare documents for third parties (e.g., audit, monthly and 941 tax filings, sales and use tax return, benefit plan audit)
Qualification
Required
BA degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP reporting standards and regulations
Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
