Troubleshoot & support networking concepts and protocols
Maintain the company’s in-house IP telephony voice communication architecture and its associated network connections and component hardware
Configure and optimize VoIP/IP-PBX telephone systems and services
Work with Cisco routing and switching platforms
Manage assigned tickets to ensure SLA compliance and customer satisfaction
Conduct firewall rule changes
Qualification
Required
6+ years of professional network engineering experience
Solid proficiency with network protocols
Experience working with network security components such as firewalls, VPNs, load balancers, and IPS/IDS
Hands on experience configuring, testing, and troubleshooting on Cisco routing, switching, and security platforms
