Developing and executing regional operating plans
Optimizing asset allocation
Ensuring power generation facilities and energy projects meet key performance metrics such as availability, thermal efficiency, and cost control
Leading and developing cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, safety, and administration
Ensuring full compliance with U.S. federal and state energy regulations, including FERC and NERC standards
Managing relationships with government agencies, regulators, partners, and major customers such as data center operators
Overseeing regional budgeting and performance analysis to identify operational improvements and enhance profitability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, energy-related), business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of operational management experience in the energy, utilities, or large-scale infrastructure sectors
At least 5 years in senior leadership or regional roles with a proven track record managing multi-site operations
Deep knowledge of the U.S. energy market, including power market operations, regulatory frameworks, and renewable energy trends
Strong strategic insight with the ability to translate corporate strategy into regional execution
Exceptional leadership in multicultural environments
Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin for cross-border reporting and negotiations
Solid technical understanding of energy management systems (EMS), digital operations tools, and clean energy technologies
Ability to perform effectively and make sound decisions in high-pressure environments
Willingness to travel frequently for regional and international engagements
Preferred
MBA or relevant master's degree
