Organize, file, and maintain business records
Prepare and edit basic correspondence, forms, and reports
Assist with scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments
Manage office supplies, mail, and deliveries
Support light data entry and invoice processing (training provided)
Help with event or meeting coordination as needed
Run errands such as dropping off/picking up documents, office supplies, or lunches
Occasionally handle light personal tasks for leadership (e.g., returns, errands, pick-ups)
Collaborate with team members to keep operations running smoothly
Qualification
Required
