Responsibilities
Define and own the Agentic AP architecture roadmap (especially for Trace i.e. for duplicate check and invoice anomaly)— aligning business objectives with technical solutions
Architect end-to-end Agentic AP Trace solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability
Translate complex business requirements into technical designs that leverage Agentic AP Trace capabilities and integrate with other modules of Agentic AP and/or client system
Evaluate new Agentic AP Trace features, tools, and releases, and recommend adoption strategies
Develop multi-org and multi-cloud strategies across Sales, Service, Experience, and Platform Clouds
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to design and implement intelligent invoice duplicate check / data anomaly automation, and generative AI use cases within AP Trace (e.g., invoice payment)
Lead the technical design authority for all Trace AP initiatives
Review solution blueprints, integrations, and data flows to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
Define and enforce best practices for across modules including Trace
Guide teams on integration design patterns, API management, and event-driven architectures
Partner with enterprise architects to ensure consistency across the broader application landscape
Design robust data models to support business processes while maintaining data integrity and performance
Define and manage data governance standards, ensuring compliance, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR)
Oversee data migration and synchronization between Trace platform and other enterprise systems (ERP, Data Lakes, Marketing Automation, etc.)
Optimize data usage for analytics, AI/ML integrations, and reporting
Establish and manage AP Trace Center of Excellence (CoE) standards
Define coding, review, and deployment standards for internal and vendor teams
Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and technical performance assessments
Ensure delivery quality, platform stability, and minimal technical debt
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, program managers, and product owners., Delivery team
Act as the trusted advisor to senior leadership on CRM transformation initiatives
Mentor developers, admins, and other architects to raise the overall technical bar
Facilitate knowledge sharing and establish a culture of continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Proven experience as a Solution Architect
Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
Understanding of strategic IT solutions
Experience in project management and cloud technologies (VMware, S3, BLOB, Azure, AWS etc.)
Outstanding communication and presentation skills
High quality organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
