Responsibilities
Identifies key levers to drive financial results that support strategic organizational initiatives
Defines tactics and resources to execute customer focused strategies, develop and monitor measurement tools and ensure implementation and financial results
Work with Merchandising partners to develop and execute sourcing strategy for all markets
Provide services including joint buying, direct import, data analytics, omnichannel and B2B sourcing
Support surety of supply and CoO diversification
Focuses on continued simplification of the business model, driving cost, while developing new offerings within the portfolio and continuing to diversify and grow the business to meet or exceed revenue targets
Models the Walmart culture and promotes a high standard of ethics integrity and compliance
Sets clear performance expectations while providing a framework for accountability and development
Identifies strategies to close succession gaps
Drives associate engagement by creating an environment that is trusting and collaborative, values associates listening and responds to concerns, recognizes and rewards accomplishments and provides opportunities for growth and development

Qualification
Required
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, or related fields and 10+ years of experience in healthcare, business management or similar area
Option 2: 15 years' experience in healthcare, business management or related area
Preferred
Leading in complex stakeholder environments, including international businesses, or related areas
Master's Degree in Healthcare, Business Management, or related fields
