Responsibilities
Assist the Acquisitions Supervisor with sourcing and procurement activities for technology items such as hardware, software, and network equipment
Manage and process acquisition requests submitted by various departments, ensuring proper documentation and approval
Maintain databases and records related to procurement activities and budget verification
Reconcile and validate financial data, analyze procurement records, and ensure compliance with legal and reporting standards
Support invoicing, budget justifications, and day-to-day procurement operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent of two years of experience
A strong grasp of financial principles, including budgeting and cost analysis
Experience in technology acquisitions, including familiarity with sourcing and procurement processes
Ability to communicate tactfully with vendors, suppliers, and department representatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft 365 applications
