Responsibilities
Assists with all assigned activities to ensure the facility maintains accreditation, certification, and licensure
Assists with implementation of the Hospital Quality Plan
Assists with preparation of quarterly quality meetings
Assists with survey readiness and root cause analyses
Assists in the implementation of new and revised policies/procedures
Assists with medical staff quality improvement activities, including ongoing and focused professional practice evaluations
Assists the DQM with data entry into various electronic databases
Assists with the implementation of the infection control plan and reporting as required
Participates in employee training and education
Assist with employee health activities
Qualification
Required
Valid professional NJ RN License required
Preferred
2 years of clinical experience in rehabilitation or acute care preferred
Previous experience with one major area of responsibility preferred (quality improvement, risk management, infection control, or survey readiness)
Demonstrates familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF preferred
