Responsibilities

Processing new applications and verifying required documentation
Issuing licenses and managing annual license renewals
Updating and maintaining accurate taxpayer account information
Interpreting and applying tax laws to ensure compliance
Communicating with taxpayers and collaborating with field office team members
Reviewing taxpayer correspondence and taking appropriate follow-up actions
Providing guidance and support to both internal and external customers
Performing other job-related duties as needed
