Business development and sales intern (unpaid)
Vanillakart is seeking dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Interns to join their high-growth team. The role involves initiating conversations with potential clients, researching leads, and closing opportunities, while maintaining strong communication and achieving weekly targets.
Responsibilities
Reaching out to potential clients by sending introductory messages to a pre-provided database and professional networks
Making follow-up calls to explain our intern-hiring product/service, answer queries, and pitch the value proposition clearly
Maintaining and updating daily trackers for leads, calls, responses, and conversions to ensure smooth follow-ups
Coordinating with the team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and overall outreach performance
Ensuring timely communication, strong relationship-building, and consistent achievement of daily/weekly targets
Qualification
Required
Dynamic and driven personality
Confidence in initiating conversations
Fluency in English
Familiarity with ChatGPT tools
Strong research and outreach efforts
Ability to meet weekly targets
Proactive and professional approach
Ability to reach out to potential clients
Ability to make follow-up calls
