Senior Account Executive
Next Level Impacts is seeking a Senior Account Executive responsible for driving new B2B revenue. The role involves prospecting, developing client relationships, and managing accounts through the full sales lifecycle, while providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
Build and grow a pipeline of net-new B2B accounts through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and territory planning
Selling both office equipment and SaaS solutions including Cyber
Manage and expand existing client relationships through regular business reviews, strategic recommendations, and ongoing consultation
Evaluate customer needs and design customized solutions leveraging the company’s full portfolio of products and services
Own the sales process end-to-end: discovery, solution design, proposal, pricing, contract execution, and post-sale follow-up
Partner closely with clients at multiple levels of the organization to ensure long-term value and retention
Meet or exceed defined sales objectives set by Sales and Branch Leadership
Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and account data in the company CRM
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans aligned with personal and company goals
Prepare pricing, credit terms, contracts, and delivery timelines; coordinate internal resources as needed
Complete required reporting, expense tracking, and administrative tasks
Participate in initial and ongoing training to continuously improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Travel throughout assigned territory as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of four (4) years of B2B sales experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
