Agency Sales Manager
Eastern Standard is seeking an Agency Sales Manager to drive and manage their marketing activities and oversee the sales fulfillment process. The role involves developing marketing and sales strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and supervising the Sales & Marketing Coordinator to enhance brand visibility and achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand visibility
Collaborate with the Chief Brand Officer and other stakeholders to define marketing objectives, identify business development opportunities, and devise strategies to meet our sales goals
Oversee the sales fulfillment process, providing strategic direction, architecting scopes, and collaborating with internal team members to produce estimates, proposals, and presentations to support the pitch process and win new business for new opportunities with existing clients
Generate and review contracts, statements of work, and other agreements for new opportunities
Communicate with new and existing clients to gain a deeper understanding of their needs, input, and requirements
Collaboration with the Client Services team for the creation and review of change orders and other new scopes for existing client opportunities
Facilitate a thorough ‘handoff’ process with members of the Client Services team when new projects/engagements are closed, ensuring pertinent information about the client and contract is relayed and understood
Monitor and report on sales and marketing metrics, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure our performance in relation to established goals
Maintain and enhance sales and marketing materials to standardize our library of assets, ensure consistency in approach and adherence to brand guidelines, and improve the impact of our efforts
Qualification
Required
Proven track record (minimum 5 years) in sales, marketing, or business development roles, with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and building client relationships
Agency experience and an understanding of brand and web services are critical
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve objectives
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on understanding and interpreting the needs of prospective and existing clients
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools to manage client information and analyze sales metrics
Detail-oriented manager with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of contracting and negotiation processes, with experience in reviewing and facilitating agreements, renewals, and change orders
