Actively source candidates for roles in our company from sales reps to construction apprentice
Conduct interviews both over the phone and in person, and coordinate follow-up interviews as needed
Maintain consistent communication with all applicants throughout the hiring process
Deliver responsive and customer-oriented support to both the HR team and other departments in the company
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of applicable recruiting experience
Self-starter who can effectively multitask and prioritize work assignments
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in navigating recruiting software
