Responsibilities
Operate effectively in a fast-paced agency environment, making sound, independent decisions while balancing multiple active campaigns and priorities
Develop and execute paid media strategies that support client growth, engagement and conversion goals
Manage campaigns end-to-end within paid social and programmatic platforms
Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations across creative, targeting and spend
Partner with design and communications teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for each platform and tactic
Support client reporting and presentations with clear insights and recommendations
Stay current on platform updates, new ad formats, targeting changes and measurement best practices
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of paid media or digital marketing experience (agency or consultancy experience strongly preferred)
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across social and programmatic channels
Strong working knowledge of platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, X Ads and DSPs like StackAdapt (or similar)
Comfort working with performance data and making optimization decisions based on results
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Experience working cross-functionally
