Monitor daily escalated account volumes
Facilitate stakeholder meetings on current red accounts
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in project management, technical account management, or escalations roles
Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Jira, and Slack
Network troubleshooting skills
Preferred
Strong knowledge of the client´s Solutions products (Unity & Alta cloud-connected platforms)
Industry experience in surveillance systems, networking, technology, or enterprise software deployment
