Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
Managing office correspondence

Qualification
Required

Strong communication and phone etiquette
Courteous and professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach
High level of organization and ability to multitask
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Experience preferred in bookkeeping, banking, legal, clerical or customer service and a desire to learn trust administration & financial services
